The system starts with scanning business documents into a secure web-based document management system located at our provider’s web server location in Southern California. Through a secure system and a trained staff, each document is opened and the transactions are recorded in your Quickooks, each document is filed in the secure server for easy to find retrieval. All client documents and the Quickbooks datafile are backed up daily and a backup copy is sent to our clients annually on a CD disc or as often as requested.
